Great Public Art
Recently, I discovered Kopp's Frozen Custard at their location in Glendale, WI near Bay Shore Mall. The frozen custard is sinful, and the row of 23 fiberglass cow statues is a fun addition to the Kopp's experience. The cost of the project was $80,000. Karl Kopp, the owner, one day decided that the property needed a herd of cows, each placed on steel diving boards as part of the steep embankment landscape on Port Washington Road.
It is really good custard, and the hamburgers are very tasty. It's the first place I ever had frozen custard.
